This Hoosier is one piece (bottom).  It includes a pull out table top, a small upper surface above the slide out table, 3 drawers that pull out with the table top, a conveniently placed cutting board, 3 side drawers, one of those are the bread box with lid.  The bottom section with the door has 2 shelves that pull out when the door opens.  
 
This would be perfect for a vintage or shabby chic kitchen.  Another option would be great for crafting area with the pull out top for the surface and several drawer and shelves for supplies.
